N. Ric Baker - Managing Director
Mr Baker brings over three decades of experience in operational, engineering and executive roles in construction, administration, auditing, logistical support, environmental remediation, wastewater management, solid waste management and operational management. Ric's proven track record in achieving results through managerial expertise, planning, consulting and communication, coupled with an eye for detail and sound administrative ability prove invaluable when quickly assessing situations and plotting the best course for all concerned.Mr Baker honed his project management skills for over 25 years in the construction and mining industries, covering sites in Australia, South East Asia, South Africa and the Middle East. In his travels, and working for foreign and Australian companies such as Chicago Bridge Lennox (CBL), Bechtel Pacific, MK International, Maros Constructions Qld, Transfield Services (Aust), and contractors in Iraq and Kuwait. He has managed to build a very strong relationship with companies, indigenous workers, bankers and investment houses, with particular attention on the Middle East, based mainly on performance, reliability and integrity. His motto is simple, and comprises three letters only, UAE - (Urgency - Action - Excellence).
Steven Rimpici - International Marketing Manager
Mr Rimpici is a highly trained business development specialist with over 20 years experience in sales management, distribution and information technology including next generation technologies such as smart cards and biometrics. Steven's diversified background affords companies the opportunity to understand the nuances and intricacies of sales, as well as the mechanics and motivations of purchasing and implementation.Based in New York, Mr Rimpici' entrepreneurial drive has led him to succeed in a variety of business ventures. An experienced professional and business owner, Mr Rimpici has extensive experience in a wide range of vertical markets and sales strategies. When not building his own companies, Steven has advised companies on the design, implementation, and maintenance of inside/outside sales departments, including the development of internal audit and evaluation to monitor compliance and success.
Mr Rimpici specialises in penetrating all levels of a company to uncover multiple contract opportunities over time by conducting independent assessments of companies' sales and marketing teams while assisting these institutions with strengthening their management of operations, purchasing, information technology, and human resources management.
